1. Pre-order and Shipping Time

All products in our store are pre-order items.

After successful payment, orders will take 7 to 21 business days (excluding public holidays) to process.

If the products arrive earlier, we will arrange shipment immediately; urgent orders are not accepted, please understand.
2. Shipping Methods

By default, all orders use "SF Express - Freight Collect".

No shipping fees will be charged at checkout; shipping fees will be collected directly from the buyer by SF Express upon delivery/self-pickup.

Please ensure that you enter the correct SF Express station/smart locker code and a valid Hong Kong phone number when placing an order.
3. Out of Stock and Refund Arrangements

In the event that a product is out of stock at the local counter/official website, we will notify you immediately and arrange a full refund.

Unless the product itself has serious defects or is shipped incorrectly, once an order is confirmed, we will not accept cancellations or exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., color difference, unsuitable size, long waiting time, etc.).
