1. Pre-order and Shipping Time

All products in our store are pre-order items.

After successful payment, ordered items require 7 to 21 business days (excluding public holidays) for delivery.

If items arrive early, we will arrange immediate shipment; urgent orders are not accepted, please understand.
2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped by default using "SF Express - Freight Collect".

No shipping fees are charged at checkout in the online store. Shipping fees will be collected directly from the buyer by SF Express upon delivery/self-pickup.

Please ensure that you fill in the correct SF Express station/smart locker code and a valid Hong Kong phone number when placing your order.
3. Out of Stock and Refund Arrangement

In the event of an item being out of stock at the local counter/official website, we will notify you immediately and arrange a full refund.

Except for serious defects in the product itself or incorrect shipment, once an order is confirmed, cancellations or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as color difference, unsuitable size, long waiting times, etc.) will not be accepted.
